Innovation & Opportunity Network: Implementing WIOA: Voices of Experience

Over 80 local one-stop teams took part in ETA’s first ever Customer Centered Design Challenge in Washington DC, learning through a seven week online course and receiving one-on-one intensive coaching in how to use “design thinking” principles as they re-design their services under WIOA.
