Internship Effective Practice
Project Purpose: To provide Porterville area elementary students the opportunity to experience career themed presentations produced and performed by the Performing Arts students of Harmony Magnet Academy.

There are a variety of engaged partners represent each of the following career sectors: Healthcare, Legal and Law Enforcement, , Business and Finance, Environmental, Culinary Hospitality, Alternative Resource Energy, Computer Science, Education, Performance Arts, Visual Arts, Engineering, and Agriculture
To provide 12th grade performing students with research skills through informational interview and job shadowing with industry professionals.
To build writing skills by develop a narrative of a career path story.
To enhance performance and presentation skills.
